First Things First: 

  • Don’t Press Snooze. ⏱ I’ve learned from experience, this traps me into over sleeping and it messes with your zzzz cycle. I am a big fan of giving myself enough time to work on myself before starting the day 
  • Listen To A Guided Meditation. This is a positive life-habit to psychological set your mind straight and it’s scientifically proven. Look up Dr. Joe Dispensa and the hard evidence his team has achieved —> there are brain scan studies & all; trust.
  • YouTube has great guided meditations. I like to morning guided meditations focused on: Gratitude, Self-Love and Manifesting Abundance.
